Everything else
Work outside these packages is billed on time spent, at €950 per day excl. VAT, and can also be invoiced by the half-day.
Prices exclude VAT and are in euros. Swiss clients can be invoiced in Swiss francs.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if the upgrade fails?
It has already been rehearsed in full on a copy of your instances. On cutover day the previous version stays ready to restart: if a check fails, we roll back and your team gets its Redmine back exactly as it was. So nothing starts from scratch, we can then set up a regular data synchronisation to the new version: your teams keep working on the old one, the new one stays up to date, and the next cutover happens with no data lost or re-entered.
Can the price go up along the way?
No. The fixed price is set before work starts, once the audit is done. If you ask for something extra during the project, we quote it separately and you decide before we start.
Can you work on a Redmine we host ourselves?
Yes. We work on your servers over SSH or VPN, following your operating rules. Hosting with us is only an option.
Where are my instances hosted if I choose your hosting?
On a server dedicated to your instances, in Europe. We tell you the data centre before you sign.
What about commercial plugins (RedmineUP, Easy Redmine…)?
We check their compatibility with the target release during the audit. Licences stay in your name and at your cost; if no compatible version exists, we suggest an alternative.
Is maintenance commitment-free?
After the first three months, yes: it can be cancelled from one month to the next.
Do you invoice in Swiss francs?
Yes, for our clients in Switzerland: the Swiss franc amount is set in the quote. Published prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
